Matcha & Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

Matcha Pudding

If you’re a Matcha lover like me, then this ridiculously easy but oh so yummy green tea pudding with a hint of vanilla is going to surely tickle your taste buds.

For those not so familiar, Matcha is a fine-ground, powdered, high-quality Japanese green tea that’s rich in nutrients, antioxidants, fiber and chlorophyll. One cup of it is equivalent to 10 glasses of regular green tea in terms of nutritional value and antioxidant content. Its taste is both complex and alluring.

You can find Matcha at the Japanese section of most premium supermarkets and/or Japanese Grocers. Enjoy & Sayonara!
